Should My Dog Get Vaccinated Before Going To Daycare?

Yes, it’s best to vaccinate your dog against all common illnesses prior to going to daycare to avoid them getting terribly sick.

What are Signs My Dog is Sick?

Behaviour changes, fatigue, coughing, excessive panting, digestive upsets are signs your dog might be sick. We’ll contact you if we notice anything abnormal.

Will My Dog Miss Me?

Yes, they will! It could take years of no contact for your dog to forget you. Luckily, you’ll see them at the end of the day!

What Happens If My Dog Has a Strict Diet?

Please inform us if they do, and provide us with the food they eat. We can organize their schedule around their routine.

Will You Separate Dogs If There is an Altercation?

If there is any altercation or fight, we will separate the dogs to avoid any further issues. Owners will be notified. We always do our best to keep your dog as safe as possible.

  Pup City is amazing.  I've take my dog here frequently and she's been treated very well, and is tired out when I get her back.  The staff is excellent.  They are friendly and courteous, giving nice little updates on how my dog behaved during the day.  Very importantly, they have been able to handle and work with our strong willed working breed dogs.   Love these guys (and so does my pup!) We moved to this daycare from another after the service had gone down. These guys provide what we felt was missing. They love our dog and are always so great with her. They have daily activities/tricks they work with them on and some good add ons as well! Highly recommend!

  Both my dogs love it here.  They will wake us up on their day, and run around acting nuts until we leave the house, which is a challenge as both want to go. Staff are amazing with the dogs, and are always happy. After only the first couple of visits, everyone knows both our dogs, and us, so pickup and drop off are a breeze.
