We are open for daycare Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 6:30pm and Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Morning drop off ends at 10:00am for daycare and 12:00pm for boarding. Afterwards late fees may apply.

Sunday 12:00pm-1:00pm for boarding pick up/drop off. Closed on Statutory Holidays.

We believe that positive reinforcement sets up a foundation for your puppy to be sure of itself when presented with unfamiliar and new situations. We’ll promote and establish healthy habits. If you would like more information, please view our Pup City Academy page.

Pup City Doggy Daycare provides ample space for dogs to play and rest comfortably. With separate areas for large dogs, small dogs, and puppies, our facility ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for all furry friends. Whether your dog is energetic or prefers a quieter setting, we have the accommodations to meet their needs. Our facility includes indoor play areas and a designated outdoor space, perfect for dogs of all sizes

Of course you can! Tours must be scheduled in advance to avoid disruption to the daycare activities. Please contact us beforehand to organize a time for you and your dog to view our daycare together.

Our caretakers have over ten years of industry experience. Jen, our lead dog trainer, has worked in the industry since young adulthood, assisting at mushing kennels, dog daycares and even a vet clinic. She has also designed and run multiple training programs, including puppy training for newly adopted puppies at the SPCA. Dogs and their behaviour is our lifelong passion!

All dogs must submit proof of up to date vaccine records for Bordatella, DA2PP and Rabies. For puppies participating in the puppy program, all age-appropriate vaccines must be up to date.

Yes, all dogs 12 months and up are required to have proof of spay or neuter to participate in daycare or boarding at Pup City Doggy Daycare.
