What is a Pup Shuttle?

Basically, it’s like a taxi for dogs! We pick-up and/or drop-off your pet from your home and our daycare.

Do I Need to be at Home For Pick-Up?

It’s advisable that you or a family member is present for pick-up so that we can make the transition easier on your pup.

What Happens If I’m Not Home For Drop-Off?

Please notify our caretaker so that we can alter our route. You can also notify us if a family member or friend is available.

How Far Ahead Do I Have to Schedule My Dog's Spot?

The earlier, the better! We recommend booking their spot at least 48 to 24 hours beforehand.

Can I Make Last-Minute Appointments?

Yes, you can, but it might impact the availability of our drivers. Please book your dog’s spot ASAP!

Is The Pup Shuttle Part of Your Daycare Service?

No, it is an additional service that we offer to our customers who cannot or do not have the time to drop-off their dogs.
